Orang Indonesia susah sekali mendapatkan kartu kredit.hal ini diperlukan standar gaji yang cukup tinggi untuk mengajukan aplikasi kartu kredit.belum lagi syarat-syarat yang lainnya.

How many actual connection speed when connected to your ISP? What connection is slow? Tips can measure the speed of the connection using a web browser, either for access via modem, Leased Line (Astinet), ADSL, cable modem, etc..
To measure the speed of connection, when opening a page and we will download some data from the server. Once the process is completed, the connection speed can be seen.

http://computingcentral.msn.com/internet/speedtest.asp or http://home.cfl.rr.com/eaa/Bandwidth.htm
This link is very useful to measure the effective speed connection to the site abroad. Because the U.S. is located in, the connection speed is able to measure how much performance and large bandwidth connection (ISP) you are abroad.
For those who use the access-net Telkom, the measurement is relatively accurate because the internal network. If you use a 56 Kbps modem, and your phone line is good, then the connection speed more than 40 kbps can be found. When measurement speed is much lower than that shown on the Windows PC, then most likely your modem driver is less suitable
To repeat the measurement, use the Refresh or Ctrl-Refresh. Above necessary steps to make sure you download the data from the server and not from the proxy cache in place of you. When you get speed mentok, most likely you download cache.
